NERC is inviting individuals to submit expressions of interests to attend a Town Hall Meeting on the afternoon of the 25th March 2021 1:30-4:30pm (GMT) to discuss the future capability and service requirements for the Environmental Data Service (EDS).
This short meeting will disseminate information about NERC's vision and direction for the Environmental Data Service and we are asking for community input to discuss and help shape the future of the EDS.
The meeting will include presentations from Andrea Sharpe – NERC Head of Digital Infrastructure and Data and Lora Fleming Director of the European Centre for Environment and Human Health. The day will focus on the upcoming commissioning of the EDS and its purpose and function moving forward. An agenda for the meeting will be shared shortly.
All those who have an interest in the activities of our data centres or who are users or potential users of environmental data are invited to attend.
